I've turned a corner this week; feeling lighter and a spring in my step. It's good to lose the fatigue and have so much more energy. I've struggled with some of the exercise, especially in Week 2 but I nailed 6 days last week. The weight loss part is good but for me there's a lot of mental and psychological benefits too. After my gym session this morning I such a strong sense of wellbeing, aware of the growing confidence I have that my 'old and decrepit' body can stand the pace and not let me down. OK, so my knees might beg to differ but even they are improving. The only way is up!
